Payment:-

Payment can be made quickly and easily via Paypal, just select Paypal during checkout. We can also accept cheques or postal orders. If you pay via Paypal you must have a Confirmed delivery address.

International customers must contact us first to obtain shipping costs and pay using Paypal in GBP's ONLY. The postage prices listed relate to UK customers Only.

Remember to continue through to our shop confirmation of order page after you make your payment, otherwise the system will not complete the order.

Packaging:-

We believe the customer should receive their order in the same condition as it leaves us. Therefore we take great care in packing our orders so to minimise any damage during delivery. The majority of items are wrapped in bubble wrap, packed with protective filler and shipped in a sturdy box. Occasionally small items will be sent in a padded envelope.

Delivery:-

Most orders are posted next working day or within 48 hours if we have to arrange a courier collection. We post 5 days a week, Monday through to Friday. Delivery within the UK is usually via Royal Mail. Most items are sent recorded delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. Small orders can be sent standard 1st Class post. Larger orders may be sent via Special delivery, Standard Parcels, DHL or Parcelforce and again some will require a signature on receipt.

Returns:-

If you change your mind about an item you may return it for a refund. Any item must be returned in new and unused condition. Should you wish to return an item you will need to inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will then advise you on the best way to return any item. Only the cost of the actual item will be refunded (less 10% to cover admin costs if product is not faulty) and only after we have received the item back into stock. Postage costs will not be refunded.

If an item is found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours. We will advise on how to return the item/s and will offer a refund or replacement product.
